am actually quite annoyed that courage of impulse hasn't hit 50 kudos yet???? and i count it among my best works??? ugh 

....then again, none of my best fics have ever performed as well as i expected them to, while the okay-ish ones always do better. it's. ... idk, a fact of fandom life? lol
